This equipment is for the assembly line of automotive electronic controllers, adopting a linear workstation layout. The equipment is connected in series through conveyor lines, ensuring the circulation of products between various workstations. The processes include PCB loading, software burning, component insertion, PCB slitting, ICT testing, upper and lower shell assembly, EOL testing, PIN detection and measurement, laser engraving and visual inspection, and finished product packaging. The entire assembly process of the electronic controller is fully automated. Multiple automatic abnormal material output processing ports are equipped to ensure a continuous and smooth assembly process.
