Product Description
Designed for the semi-automated assembly of power battery modules and packs, this prismatic battery pack assembly line covers prismatic cells loading, DMC scanning and testing, separator bonding, cell stacking and gripping, side cleaning, module pre-stacking, end plate assembly, side plate plasma cleaning and gluing, module grouping and side seam welding, liquid cooling plate assembly, module heating and holding, CCS and CSC installation, busbar welding, post-welding inspection, EOL testing, fireproof tape application, on-off testing, weighing, and unloading. Combining automated critical processes with flexible product changeover, the line supports efficient and traceable prismatic battery pack assembly for modern prismatic battery manufacturing.
Product Highlights
- The production line is designed for flexible prismatic battery pack assembly, enabling fast changeovers between different product models with minimal manual intervention.
- Critical stations, including side plate gluing, side seam welding, module heating and holding, and busbar welding, are fully automated to improve the efficiency, consistency, and stability of prismatic battery pack assembly.
- Module terminal addressing and busbar welding stations are integrated with high-speed chain flexible carrier systems to automatically detect the relative positions of prismatic cells within each module. Position data is transmitted to the welding station, where the camera and welding galvanometer systems monitor and compensate for deviations in real time, helping ensure precise welding and stable assembly performance.
- The line incorporates an integrated module heating and holding process, with modules transferred to a stereoscopic heating warehouse via a lift mechanism. High-precision plate heaters maintain temperature accuracy within ±5°C, while an electro-proportional valve controls side clamping for fast model changeover and pressure adjustment. Heating data and temperature curves are monitored in real time and uploaded to the MES server, supporting more consistent process control and higher efficiency in prismatic battery manufacturing.
