Product Description
This CTP Production Line is designed for automated battery module and pack assembly in lithium battery manufacturing. Materials are loaded in frames, while the line automatically unloads and stacks the material frames. The system automatically grabs battery cells, adjusts cell spacing on a variable-distance platform, performs code scanning and OCV testing, and replaces defective cells. It then applies adhesive for beam grouping, performs large-surface pasting and water-cooled plate pasting, and stacks cells into small units before battery module assembly. The Pack section integrates an AGV flexible logistics system, automatic gluing and visual inspection, automatic module loading, pressurization and pressure holding after loading, automatic upper-cover nail tightening, online box handling, and offline finished-product handling. These processes form an automated battery pack production line for CTP battery and EV battery pack assembly applications.
