On November 5, 2025, FHS Group officially launched a strategic partnership with one of China’s leading management consulting firms, marked by the kickoff ceremony of the Group’s Human Resources Consulting Project. The event brought together the Group’s senior leadership, the consulting expert team, and all managers from business units and above to witness this pivotal milestone.

This kickoff marks a key initiative in accelerating FHS Group’s global strategy. By systematically building the organizational capabilities and talent pipeline required for international expansion, the Group is making solid progress toward its vision of becoming a globally respected leader in intelligent manufacturing.

At the kickoff meeting, Ms. Cao Juan, Deputy General Manager of Operations, noted that the Group is encountering the typical “growing pains” of rapidly expanding enterprises with steady breakthroughs in overseas markets, increasing market share for maglev products across multiple sectors, and rapid expansion in precision manufacturing,. Building a world-class talent pool and organizational system to match this business momentum has become a core challenge influencing the Group’s future development.
