Amid the heat of summer and boundless enthusiasm, FHS Group recently held its 2025 Mid-Year Employee Recognition Ceremony at its Kunshan headquarters. Colleagues from China and overseas joined both in person and online to reflect on the achievements of the first half of the year and celebrate the outstanding individuals and teams who excelled in project delivery, technological innovation, and teamwork. The event was both a tribute to dedicated contributors and a powerful affirmation of the company’s core values: Customer orientation, Perseverance, Innovation, Values sharing.

Mid-Year Honors and Insights from Top Performers

The ceremony opened with the presentation of mid-year awards, including the “Q2 Employee of the Quarter” and “Mid-Year Outstanding Project Leader” awards. These honors recognized individuals and project leaders who delivered exceptional results across various business units and major initiatives. Senior leaders from the Group and its business divisions took the stage to present the awards and acknowledge the recipients’ remarkable contributions and leadership by example.

Senior Engineer Gao from the Automation Quality Center (PQE), speaking on behalf of the award winners, said: “This honor belongs not just to me, but to every member of the team who fought alongside me.” He shared practical insights from his work on FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) management across seven key phases and his proactive approach to quality assurance. Highlights included using the 5W1H method for root-cause analysis, leveraging a wide range of quality tools, and going beyond assigned tasks to identify issues early, resolve them swiftly, and propose innovative improvements. Looking ahead, he pledged to hold himself to even higher standards, maintain a diligent work ethic, and continue learning. He closed by urging everyone to embrace the principle of “quality ownership for all” and grow together as a team.

Spotlight on Landmark Overseas Project Success

A special segment of the ceremony celebrated the successful delivery of a major overseas project. The HC liquid-cooled energy storage production line, a strategic initiative for FHS Group in the U.S. market, marked a significant milestone in the company’s global expansion attributed to groundbreaking technical achievements and flawless execution. The FHS team fully embodied the “One FHS, One Team” spirit, achieving outstanding FAT results through relentless problem-solving and setting an industry benchmark in logistics with zero anomalies, zero damage, and zero delays. Just three months after arrival at the client’s project site, the line reached full production capacity, earning high praise from the client.

To recognize the extraordinary efforts behind this success, the Group presented a series of special awards, including “Outstanding Contribution Award,” “Technology Innovation Award,” “Special Contribution Award,” “Excellence in Support Award,” and “Employee Excellence Award.”

Wang Qigeng, Director of Automation Operations, reflected on the project’s accomplishments, emphasizing that these accomplishments demonstrate FHS Group’s robust technical capabilities and project management expertise. He noted that the success provides a solid foundation for future international projects and called on all employees to learn from these benchmarks, continuously improve, and push their capability limits.

In his closing remarks, Deputy General Manager Yang Guiping extended heartfelt congratulations to all award recipients and project teams. He reaffirmed the Group’s unwavering commitment to its global growth strategy and encouraged every employee to keep raising their game, leverage role-model effects to drive strategic progress, and work together to hit full-year targets—ultimately building FHS into a globally respected leader in intelligent manufacturing.
