KUNSHAN, China – January 23-24, 2026 – FHS Group successfully held its 2025 Annual Business Review and 2026 Operating Plan Meeting at its Kunshan headquarters. Under the theme "Focusing on Growth, Forging Ahead Together," the meeting reviewed the Group’s strategic execution and achievements in 2025 while outlining a comprehensive development roadmap for 2026. The event aligned organizational consensus and reinforced FHS Group’s ambition to become a leading global provider for high-end intelligent manufacturing solutions.

Leadership Attendance
Mr. Liu Jianrong (Deputy General Manager of HR & Administration/Business Management) presided over the meeting. And the senior executives of FHS Group were present at the meeting, including Mr. Yang Ping (Chairman and General Manager), Mr. Yang Guiping (Deputy General Manager, Ms. Cao Juan (Deputy General Manager of Operations), and Mr. Zhuge Chen (Deputy General Manager of Finance).

2025 Review & DSTE System
Mr. Liu Jianrong opened the meeting with a comprehensive review of FHS Group’s transformative growth in 2025. A key driver of this performance was the disciplined implementation of the DSTE (Develop Strategy to Execution) management framework. Through its three-year strategic planning cycle, the Group established a closed-up management system encompassing strategy formulation, decoding, execution, and review, effectively translating high-level strategy into measurable business results.

Subsequently, heads of business units and functional departments delivered detailed reports on market expansion, R&D progress, global delivery capabilities, and system development. These presentations examined both opportunities and challenges encountered during the year and outlined clear, actionable plans for 2026, with a focus on:

The meeting also featured the 2026 performance commitment signing ceremony. Heads of all business units and functional departments formally signed performance accountability agreements with the Group, reinforcing goal alignment, strengthening execution discipline, and establishing a solid accountability framework for the successful delivery of the 2026 strategy.

In his closing address, Chairman and General Manager Yang Ping emphasized that the achievements of 2025 were the result of the collective commitment of all FHS employees to growth, efficiency, and sustainable development, as well as the strong synergy between the DSTE strategic management system and organizational capabilities. Looking ahead to the 2026-2027,
Mr. Yang outlined the Group’s core strategic positioning
