A few months after their initial collaboration, the overseas partnership between "FHS Group" and a leading global power battery customer has once again borne fruit. Recently, the second batch of high-end smart equipment production lines, customized for the customer’s "Debrecen base in Hungary", was officially dispatched. This follow-on order is a strong endorsement of the outstanding performance delivered by the first-phase production line, which marks the maturity of FHS Group’s project operations in stable, mass, and rapid overseas delivery. It signifies a new milestone in the Group’s overseas layout, characterized by large-scale delivery and systematic operations.

I. Mature Solutions Enabling Precise Replication

Unlike the first phase, the key value lies in maintaining consistency with the proven first-phase solution. After months of high-intensity operation at the customer’s factory, the first production line met expectations in key indicators such as yield rate and utilization rate (OEE), fully validating the reliability and stability of the original solution. The Phase II lines follow this mature blueprint while incorporating targeted optimizations based on actual operational feedback. From design and process engineering to software configuration, FHS Group has developed a comprehensive capability for "overseas line replication," ensuring consistent equipment performance and user experience across different project sites in Europe.

II. Systematic Capabilities Behind the Delivery "Fast Track"

To meet the specific standards and delivery requirements of the customer’s European projects, the FHS team established a complete process framework—from solution adaptation and international certification to cross-border logistics—during the first phase.

Leveraging this mature framework, Phase II delivery has entered a "rapid replication channel": supply chain scheduling is more fluid, logistics routes are optimized, and the overall delivery cycle has been significantly shortened compared to the first phase.

Crucially, this speed does not come at the expense of quality. FHS Group has constructed a quality control model for overseas projects centered on the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) system and guided by CE and NRTL international certification standards. Furthermore, the group has introduced the VDA 6.7 standard (German Association of the Automotive Industry), integrating quality management across seven stages: solution refinement, design review, production assembly, manual commissioning, automatic commissioning, full-line integration, and equipment self-acceptance.

By establishing clear quality objectives and execution criteria for each stage, the Group has created a dual-control mechanism for project progress and "quality gates." This ensures that regardless of the number of lines delivered or the destination, every piece of equipment undergoes the same rigorous screening. The domestic manufacturing prowess in China and the on-site deployment capabilities in Hungary form an efficient synergy, allowing equipment to enter the commissioning phase immediately upon arrival.

III. Key Upgrades in Localized Services

While equipment can be replicated, service must evolve. Relying on its service network across Germany, France, Spain, and Hungary, FHS Group has built a " End-to-End Lifecycle Support System " encompassing equipment R&D, cross-border logistics, and local commissioning, providing a one-stop guarantee from factory planning to successful mass production.

With the implementation of the first production line, the overseas service team has fully participated in the entire process of production support, commissioning, and capacity ramp-up, evolving from the initial setup phase to full operational maturity. When the Phase II lines arrive, they will be supported by a seasoned local team already familiar with the customer's process standards, site environment, and cross-border communication protocols. This ensures significant improvements in response speed, troubleshooting efficiency, and daily collaboration, providing solid support for rapid production ramp-up and stable operation.

From the first shipment to bulk repeat orders, the partnership between FHS Group and this top-tier customer is advancing through rapid, rolling deliveries. Driven by the strategy of "China R&D + Localized Delivery," FHS Group will continue to provide stable, efficient, and replicable smart manufacturing solutions to customers worldwide.
