Product Description
This blade battery assembly line is designed for automated production of blade battery modules and packs. Adopting the form of material frame stacking, AGV transportation automatically loads materials, and the production line automatically unloads and stacks material frames. CCD vision identifies the positions of blade battery cells and guides robots for automatic handling. The line performs code scanning, OCV testing and NG cell replacement, followed by cell gluing and aerogel application. Vision inspection checks gluing and aerogel quality, with defective cells automatically discharged and qualified cells transferred for stacking. Cells are stacked into small units according to product recipes and then assembled into modules. After scanning, terminal addressing, distance measurement and insulation testing, qualified modules are fitted with busbars for welding, followed by automatic weld defect inspection. Nickel plates are then installed and welded, with welding defects automatically inspected again. After EOL testing and plasma cleaning, the PACK box is automatically glued and transferred to the module loading station. Modules are loaded into the PACK box, and qualified blade battery packs are unloaded after final PACK testing.
