PM Department Manager Song Aitao

Song Aitao was the PM manager for this year’s NDSD Spring Festival stay project, responsible for coordinating the operation of the entire project, allocating project resources, following up on project plans, and ensuring the achievement of project goals.

The team led by Song Aitao is burdened with three major challenges: high production pressure, high attention, and strict inspections. During the Spring Festival, the most important work goal of the project team was to overcome a series of backlog problems that are usually not urgent and need to be addressed. Thanks to the infiltration of the work culture of “everyone project”, Song Aitao usually required the on-site project team to develop good habits of problem sorting and collection, practice “child skills” well, and be more proficient in actual work. The improvement work of the entire project was well organized.

“If we have to say what the biggest obstacle was during the Spring Festival, it should be that the cafeteria is closed, causing us to only eat instant noodles.” A light sentence conveys the perseverance of the FHS project personnel, as if nothing can easily defeat them.

At the end of the interview, Song Aitao said, “This is already the third year I haven’t spent the Chinese New Year at home. I am grateful for the support and understanding of my family, but I deeply understand that only ‘with everyone in the company’ can there be a ‘small family’. In the new year, let’s strive together to become a prestigious global smart manufacturing enterprise! 2022, come on!

Supervisor of Electrical Software Center, Yuan Dongliang

In the NDSD project, Yuan Dongliang was one of the main responsible persons for electrical software, leading the improvement of the electrical direction of the project and ensuring the smooth operation of the line.

“When I received the offer, I was ready to fight for the project. On my first day of employment, I went on a business trip to the project site to participate in the work, and all the onboarding training work was completed at the project site.” Speaking of my connection with FHS, Yuan Dongliang said.

In the eyes of leaders and colleagues, Yuan Dongliang has excellent skills and is hardworking. After receiving the project demand for staying on site during the Spring Festival, Yuan Dongliang actively responded and set an example by actively registering to stay on the project site, playing a good leading role for the electrical team. During the Spring Festival, he led the day shift electrical team to cooperate in handling backlog issues and collaborate with colleagues in the production department to solve each problem one by one. “Although it is the Spring Festival holiday, everyone’s state has not relaxed as a result. Even with less than 40% of employees on duty, we can still maintain the stability of the production line to the maximum extent, keeping the workshop production capacity at around 70% of normal levels.”

Finally, Yuan Dongliang said: In the past few months at the project site, I have deeply understood the significance of the team, and I was proud of our team. Please rest assured, no matter the time, we are always present at the project site!

Production Center, Huang Jiajun

The customer site, production center, and electrical software work were closely related. Huang Jiajun was responsible for the maintenance of institutions in the NDSD project. During the Spring Festival, in order to cooperate with the project’s production capacity sprint, he has resolutely chosen to stay at the customer site.

As most of the on-site employees of the client have returned to their hometowns for the Chinese New Year, Huang Jiajun’s workload has doubled. Staying up all night to troubleshoot a malfunction was a common occurrence. He smiled and said to us, “During that time, we would also bring walkie talkies when eating and going to the bathroom, so as not to be unable to contact us when there were any problems on-site.” This small gesture reflected the FHS’s values of “customer orientation and continuous struggle”.

When asked if Huang Jiajun had any regrets for not returning home during the Spring Festival, he said, “I cherished this opportunity given by the company very much, and my family was also very supportive of me. Please rest assured, Mom and Dad, I’m doing well here! “

“Foreign clients don’t take a break during the Spring Festival, so we don’t either. We accommodate our clients’ needs.” Another team that provided full-service support during the Spring Festival was the Czech project team, one of our overseas projects.

In November 2021, Yuan Guobing, Li Wei, and Huang Jianqiang, as the main design, electrical, and assembly leaders of the project, rushed to the Czech project site at the forefront.

“This project is like my child. My team and I have shaped it bit by bit until it runs smoothly. No one understands it better than I do”. When I received the notice of the assignment application, my sense of responsibility told me: I must go.” Yuan Guobing, the Mechanical Design Manager of this project, described the mood at the time.

As soon as they arrived at the client’s site, the project team began to work tirelessly. Yuan Guobing was not only responsible for the installation and debugging of some functions on the production line, as well as the verification and development of processes, but also played the role of half a PM, constantly tracking and controlling the rhythm and status of production. Huang Jianqiang, as the Head of the Production Department, fully cooperated with the operation of the production line, actively investigated problems that arise during the production process, and often worked tirelessly for half a month. Huang Jianqiang said, “The pressure has always been quite high. Due to language barriers, it took longer to connect with the site, and coupled with the complexity of project work, it was an unprecedented test for us. The team worked together and dared not slack off at all. Li Wei, the software manager, candidly said, “During the days on the project site, there were hardships and tears. Every time I couldn’t hold on, I would think of the company’s corporate values of ‘customer orientation and continuous struggle’. Let me lead the electrical team to break through their limits time and time again.” Over the past few months, the project team has received unanimous praise from the customer site for their positive and cooperative work attitude, timely and efficient response speed, and exquisite and stable industry technology. I believe that soon, the ‘Czech Team’ will return victorious.

At present, more members of the company have arrived at various overseas bases to start working. Their professionalism and sense of responsibility would further motivate us to serve every project of our customers well.
